My favorite ones are in the back for the back one and middle for the front one. But super flat water I put all of them completely in the back and strong choppy water and very windy : middle in the back and in the front for the front one.

Hope this help but notice that all riders have their onwn style also but the first recommendation I give you should be a good base.
