Fin box and insert problems

I have had problems with my new Quad. The fin boxes dont fit the fins properly. To get them in place you have to use the same amount of violence that nazi germany used to invade the soviet union during WWII. Also the inserts for the back foot straps are so shallow that they leave about 3 mm of the screws visible. I wouldnt like to cut the screws as I have had problems before with ripping out the screws from the inserts. Any good idea what to do? Is this a common problem for 2011 boards?

Hi Robw,

For the screw, screw them first in a peace of soap then screen them in the insert and should be no problems.
