Hi Guys/Gals
I have a Kode 112 2009 Wood and the nonslip surface (directly under the foot straps) has separated from what appears to be padding. The padding is still firmly attached to the deck but the top most later has "peeled" away. Can you recommend a suitable adhesive I can use (preferably one I can obtain in Australia)
Absolutely love this board so want to get it back in good shape
Hope you can help :)
Cheers

Curt,

The same thing happened to me : only the fish-scale top layer of the footpad separated from the bottom foam black layer.

Remedy is very simple : a good quality neoprene glue. Pay attention to have the pads completely dry and clean (without sand or salt deposits) before glueing it back together. Apply firm pressure (stand on the board) all over the pads (remove the footstraps) for at least an hour while the glue is air-drying.

Cheers !

"3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Neoprene High Performance Contact Adhesive 1357 Gray-Green, 5 Ounce Tube; part number 19887 - 3M ID # 62-1357-2631-3".

Yes, it will. A small tube is plenty enough.

For the record, I'm using m2's "Neoprenkleber", black, 35 ml, produced by
