Severne Sails to go with Carve 121

Hello

I have been windsurfing for a few years and am able to get in the straps, harness and plane. I am hitting my carved gybes 50% of the time. I am wondering what Severne sail would be a good fit me an intermediate like me? I am looking between the Mojo or Convert?

George rides a Severne Gator 9-oh on his Carve 122 in light winds at OKA.
He is about 80 kilos and says this is his favourite sail and combo for light winds.
Says his next Severne will be a Gator as well, butt more in the 7.5 arena.
Loves this sail for "maneuverability"
