Hey,

I just ordered:

Futura 141 wood (2013)
Futura 121 carbon (2012)

and

H2 Racings in 10.0; 7,7; and 6,2

It is possible to change the sail sizes and the volume of the boards.

My weight is 100 kg and i am 191 cm.

What do you think about the combinations?
What fins do I need (50cm and 44cm Drake Venom a delivered with the boards)?
What about the sail sizes. Too big jumps? Maybe 6,7 insteed of 6.2?
What about the boards? From 141 to 121. Ok?

So many questions....

Thank you for help....

Hi,
I think the combination F141 + 10.0 +50cm Fin and F121 + 7.7 + 44cm Fin should do well, but the 6.2 is in my opinion too small for your boards. So for Highwind you should take the F93 and 36cm Fin.
Change volume of the boards ? Are you crazy ?

First Poster, the 6.2 is well within the F121 recommended sail size but at your weight, you'll need to be well powered up.

OH1: I think we have a language problem here. The first poster does not want to change the board volume but he does want advice about using all his sails on both boards.

I used to own a F122 and used it with sails 7.8, 6.7 and 5.8 although if the conditions were a little rough the 5.8 felt a little small for my 85Kg. I used a 42cm fin for the 7.8 and a 36 for the 6.7 but as you are a little bigger I would perhaps go 44 for the 7.7 and 36 for the 6.2

You should post what wind speeds you would be sailing in. A 141 & 121 are close together.

Thank you for your anwers!

Hi,

Change volume of the boards ? Are you crazy ?

:D
It is possible to modify the order. For example I can take a F111 insteed of the F121. And it would be possible to take other sail sizes.

What about the jumb from 10.0 to 7,7? Ok?

The jump from 10 to 7.7 is certainly a big one and is pushing the boundaries a bit, personally I prefer to go from 10 to 8.6. 10m=9-12knots 8.6=12-15knots

As for your order, only your dealer can answer that

At your weight I would have gone for Ultrasonic and F121
