For Remi & Severne specialists: Which mast = ideal for CR 4.6 and 5.6

Hello,

Planning on buying a 4.6 and 5.6 CR, but troubled with the mast. Site of Severne says the 370 BlueLine would be best for the 4.6 and a 400 BlueLine would be best for 5.6. Now Severne's no longer making a 370 SDM BlueLine, I don't know what I should stick in these sails :o RDM in the 4.6? Is no cam-conversion needed then??? Don't know what to do!!!

Please help me out, I don't mind spending some extra money but I want the best mast for these sails, maybe a 400 BlueLine in both of these sails? Would be the only way to put a SDM in the 4.6

I use the SDM 400 Bleu Line for ma 5,6 and work perfectly, but didn't have the 4,6.

I check with Jesper and answer asap.

I rig CR R1 5.6 on 400 blueline
and 06 SSR 4.6 on 400 blueline, rigs sweet with a 00 extension pulled right down. In theory it should be over downhauled a bit, but i think its pretty sweet.

Its a good feeling when u dont have an extension and you have it closed down to nothing. aww perfection.

I appreciate your reply Carbine, but that's the whole point in this matter. The 4.6 is a very uncommon used sail and thus the support Severne itself is giving it on it's website is also quite small. I've already bought this sail but I want the optimal mast for this sail, and which one that should be is still quite uncertain.

Damn, if Severne only had made the 370 BlueLine, this wouldn't have been such a problem!
