unsticky foot pads on my s-type

the footpad on my s-type 115 (2005) are unsticking. Is it possible to order a replacement, or do I have to find a different solution?

Just put a bit of contact adhesive such as evo stick under them. If they are damage then most board repairers sell new pads that you glue on with the above glue.
