No idea, but it looks close to the old Starboard Drake freestyle fin in outline - like a compactified wave fin of sorts. Naish had a similar looking freestyle fin too. I don't recognize the graphics on it though.

Thanks for the help Ola, but it's not the drake starboard fin...
I have seen this fin a lot, just forgot the name and who made it... and then it's pretty hard to search for on the internet ;)

If anybody knows or have tried the fin, what is it like? And does it comes in both powerbox system and US box?

I still need the name though...

thanks...

It's a MFC Rin J Stone as you can see in this link here

thank you Phill...

What do you guys think about this fin? Can you recommend another freestyle fin?

Right, the RON. I was thinking of that fin too but didn't find it on MFCs site any more so I think its out of production. The RON is actually very similar to the old Drake freestyle in feel but comes in smaller sizes (down to 18, the Drake freestyle went down to 20).

Most of the Starboard team is now on the Drake Crossover in small sizes and those are available. A common practice among my freestyling friends is also to take any old fin and then just chop it off until it becomes small enough. Its cheap and it tends to work. A big plus is that you can experiment with super small fins which makes some moves easier (and in the process you learn to sail better, not pressuring the fin so much...).
