i need info on windsurfing spot around las vegas

hello men and women who wants to live an healthy life.
i would like to know if lake mead is a descent spot in terms of wind and if you know a close by (las vegas) spot for windsurfing

Hi Laurent,
Catherine's Landing (down just above the dam above Laughlin, NV/Bullhead City, AZ is one spot, and Cottonwood Cove (on the west shore of Lake Mead is another.
I think you would need to bring your own gear, and most of the sailing on Lake Mead is in the fall and spring when it's not so hot and the thermal winds are better.
No shops or rentals in the Las Vegas area that I'm aware of.
