Q: PB Fins on Starboard at any time?

Hi,
i recently debated with a friend about the used fin systems on starboard.
in my opinion there were no boards (since 2001, maybe earlier?) using powerbox?
can anyone with a deeper insight tell me?

Year 2000, all boards were either Tuttle or US finbox:
