hi,
We checked this morning and we can confirm that you can ride with single strap on the 112 and 122, in all technologies
cheers

Hi Billy,
The Kode 112/122 Technora, Wood and Wood Carbon can be set up with a single strap for the back foot. They can also be set up with two straps side by side without a gap in between (i.e. it's like having an extra wide single back strap).
The Kode Tufskin 114/122 are a bit different: the single strap option is only in the beginner setting.
I think that by looking at the board photos, you can see their positions.
Cheers,
Tiesda

thank you all for your replies,
I want to buy this board, probably the 122, to start elementary freestyle tricks, such us Backwind, switch stance, clew first and old school tricks, I am 72 kilos
Isn't it a good choice?

Hi Billy
For your 72 kilos body... I would recommend you the kode 102 wood carbon. Enough volume and light as a feather.
112 and 122 I find them more free slalom like.
Also if yo are into freestyle tricks, why not the flare??? Apart from being the best freestyle boards they are also good fun as a freeride board with the right fin on.

I was looking for a similar need - introductory new school freestyle in lighter winds - say 15 knots. The only difference is that I'm 100kgs so I was looking at the Kode 122 as something that would be early planing and with enough volume under foot. You say that it's more freeride / slalom. Would you steer away from it for my needs?
Thanks Peter
