Hi all,

I heard there is a 1 meter width limit for formula boards by some communistic federation. Is that true? If yes, what is that for?

BTW RSX beyond 2008 :o(

Hi Thomas,

This rule come from the Formula Windsurfing Class and make sense. In the airport you can not go over 1m wide due to the majority of the scaners.

We try prototype wider until 1,40 m and this doesn't help to much drags and ned to use bigger sails.

Thanks so much!

It looks wider, like a 120-130cm wide.

It seems need a bigger/longer fin, a bigger rig and a bigger muscle.

It would work nice on my low wind spot...

Hi Paco,

This one is a 120 but we destroy already the 140, but event the 120 need a fin of 85cm and a sail over 12,5 and really big body muscle. A board for Arnold (Conan)!!!!!!
