Windsurfing Cartagena?

Hi all. I'm going to Cartagena, Colombia over Xmas. Has anyone ever windsurfed down there? Wondering if the conditions are good and if I'll be able to rent decent equipment. Any input would be appreciated!!!

Sorry I have no idea as I've never been to Colombia.
Perhaps some of our south American sailors will be able to respond.
