Aloha guys
need some genuine advice on how to replace my old boom. I am not buying carbon to limit expenses.
I got an offer in the UK for a Severne Blue Line continuous alloy (T8 aluminium) boom, size 140-190 but though I am a Severne sails user, haven't seen any reports of their reportedly new booms.
Anyone tried it? Is it Severne who actually makes it or is it Aeron (they look very much alike)?
alternatives are Aeron continuous alloy 28 mm (or even 26 mm provided this isn't too small for a T8 boom?). Or I could buy a good old Hawaiian Pro Line same size and material.
thanks as usual any tip would be of great help!
