how fast do formula sailors sail upwind and downwind? in other words what is their board speed?

Hi C-DD,

Up wind easy to go over 16knots and max is around 18/19.

Down wind you can get over 30 knots.

I can't found the link but their was one on an FW event with Wojtek.
