I'm back into windsurfing after 4 years. I had before cammed freerace sail 9.3m2, SB Start 2003 (100cm, 180L), and freeride board around 145ltr. I'm 196cm, 105kg.
Not interested in very lighwind planning windsurfing with huge sails. My max planned sail will be probaby 8.5m2, 2 cam type sail. I thoght about Rio S with this sail, to have family fun in lightwind with dagger down, and have shotboard feeling when wids pick above 16 knots.
But...
there is no more Rio's S or M on stock because new boards are comming. Only Rio's L left.
Are Rio L too large for good shortboard feeling in moderate winds 15-20kts?
Regards,
Tom
