Ciao, una scelta migliore č sicuramente la 101-122, tuttavia credo che volendo anche la sola 111 possa andare anche se sarā un po' piccola per la vela grossa ed un po' grande per quella piccola..

Vediamo che ti dice il team, un up per te!

yo Pippo,
at your weight the 111 (if right finned -42,40,38-) has a wind range 12/13-30 knt.
Of course it will happen that in 13 knt someone with a bigger board will replace better than you, that will better survive in a wind hole or it can happens that someone will stay cooler than you with 25+ knt because a smaller board BUT it's hard find a board with a similar broad range. You can even charge it with a 8,4 but,I guess, only if your goal is make some more speed in flat water and steady wind.It won't make difference (with a 7,8) for planning ability indeed.Plus you can go with a 6,1 but the 6,7 is the smallest I suggest you.Don't worry with that combination (and the right fin) you can afford a big wind.
I've used this board since 2007 and I'll buy it once more in 2010...
If you're searching for a real light wind weapon take the 133/131.At your weight the 122 won't make a real difference with the 111 in light air (trust me!).

All good advice above. It would be hard to choose "one board" to work really well on all six of you sails. If a "one board solution" is your thing, the iS111 would be best to cover your lower wind range, but will feel a bit big in your higher range. Would be hard to beat a "two board" combo. For max range, go with iS94 (6.1m, 6.6m & 7.1/7.2m) and iS122 (7.6m & 8.3m).

Just my 2 cents worth:)

well, back from the shop I bought brand new 2009 IS101 and IS111 and I'm waiting for the 2010 IS121 carbon.
the idea is to keep the IS 111 with freerace 6.6 and slalom 7.7 in my holiday house with range 14/24 knts.
and use the combo IS121 (8,3) and IS101 (6.1 - 7.2) in the range 10/18 and 18/25 . So I can cover a wide range which is typical of the Adriatic see and garda lake.
I have got SL4 36 - 40 - 44
I tryed several times all three IS this summer and others SL boards as well.. IS are the best...
sold my two Falcons.
thanks to all for your advice.
