2010 Futura101 sail range

Hi All,

I'm looking at the largest possible sail I can comfortably put on a Futura101. I realise the max according to the specs. is a 7.5m. Is this a fairly accurate scale? I'm 80kg

I'm assuming 6.5m to 7m is the ideal sail size. What are the cons. to using larger than specified?
