Serial Numbers Year Model

How can I tell the year model,

I have been received ST8EW7507110137, is this a an 09 board or and 08 board?

I have to check my boards but I think nonopr is not completely right

ST= Starboard
8=model year
EW= Evo Wave - the model, it can be only one letter
75= size (volume in this case)
0711= year, month of production.
0137= board no 137 of that particular build.

So you have a 08 boards built in november 2007.

I think the W is for wood.

But thanks, the dealer send me the wrong board! Oh well, I will be the owner of 2009 Evo 75 wood... sometime soon
