Chris Pressler Yes Rhytis,
that would have been my recommendation as well, the iSonic 80! The control is incredible and fits perfect your weight and sailsizes. And you can really go to teh limits on thi size!!!

All the best,
Chris

Remi Hi Rytis

I recommend you the iSonic 80 at your weight and for this sails. The 1 cm less in itchiness give you more control in hi winds but also to increase the control the back foot stand is also lower.

So for your weight you will be more efficient on the 80 than the 87

All the best

Rytis LTU799 Hi Chris,
Yes, I have bigger board 111 liters iSonic. What are the differences between the iSonic 87 and 80?
They look quite the same. The same width, length, bottom shape - just 1cm difference in thickness. What gives that?

Chris Pressler Hi Rytis,
If itīs aone board solution I would suggest the iSonic 87. If you combine with a bigger board I would suggest the iSonic 80.

Hope it helps,
Chris

iSonic 80 or iSonic 87

Hello,
I am 16 years old, 195cm height and 72 kg (and still growing). I want to take an iSonic for really high wind Slalom racing.
Conditions:
wind from 20 to 40 knots;
water: lake, but very chopy (up to 1m).

I will use these sails:
6.2m2 Neilpryde RS:Slalom,
and something around 5.5m2.
