RE: isonic 111 vs 115 (06 model) I've only sailed the 101 & 105 back to back in 4.8 conditions. I'll hopefully get another opportunity since Roger has a new 101 in his truck again. I hope to get a chance to sail both with a 6.6 & 8.0. I noticed the 101 was stiffer and a little easier to jibe. My 105 is DRAM... the 101 is only in wood, so that would contribute to the stiffness. |

RE: isonic 111 vs 115 (06 model) In the absence of other comments I can offer the following: Having owned a Is125 and now a 133, I think the new generation iSonics are more intuitive to sail, but seem to need a little more power to get going. Between this and last year *Board seems to have improved their top end control and speed, but at the expense of a little early planing ability. I feel the board has got faster and its easier to get speed up quickly, but this is mostly because the board is easeir to control. |

isonic 111 vs 115 (06 model) Has anyone compared these two boards - they have similar specs, except the tail width of the 111 is significantly greater. I would be interested to hear peoples comments on these two. |
