I would send an email to Starboard HQ (tiesda@star-board.com) and ask if they have the EVA deck pads for your particular board.
I know at one time they had some full EVA deck pads in stock that could be purchased through your Starboard dealer.
If you have a good dealer, perhaps ask them to make the inquiry in your behalf.
The only "repair" option would be to get some EVA (where you find the correct colors I do not know) and carefully peel off the old EVA and replace it with new EVA.
PADZ in the Columbia River Gorge may have some material and the correct adhesive.

I've had many a happy year with my starboard GO but the soft top is wearing very thin, any advice on how to repair this?
