07-09 122

Hi Remi
I have an '07 122 isonic and love it with 8.4 7.8 and 6.4 - rider weight 94 kg. Will I notice any performance improvement with an '09 122 isonic or are they essentially the same board. If any improvements or changes what would they be?

BeC Hi! I have been using isonic 122 2009 for 4 months and can tell that is very stable using 9.5 sail size, ligth wind condition, very early planing, no spin out. I use 46 cm fin, good control.

Buy Futura or Kode Tufskin 122

Hi there,

I am looking for Kode Tufskin or Futura 122 second hand and good shape.
I am based in China. But i believe, few people has this board here.

I will be in South of France and Paris this summer (June-July 2010). If someome there has it, I am happy to try it, and to buy.

BeC Hi, I already got the isonic 122 and tried with 9.5 sail size today, I tell you isonic goes very well with it (ezzy infinity 9.5 sail), no spin out, good control, good speed. Take note of this. Thank you.

AlexWind Humm, I must have missed something..

I mean, now you have 114 jp, 130 hifly, 144 hifly right?

To get the best from your quiver, sell both the hiflys and get a iSonic 133: since the range of the iSonics are great, you would cover the 8.3 - 9.5 range with the iS while you can cover the 7.8-6 with the jp114, no need (IMHO) for other boards..
Today slaloms have huge range, no need to have 5cm steps..

BeC Thanks Alex,

I have a hifly free 130 and plan to sell it, Iīm going to buy isonic 122 for 7.5 and 8.5 sails sizes, you are right my jp 144 slalom has 70 width with good sail range (6.0 to 9.0) thatīs why I think to use isonic 122 upper sizes considering its 75 width.

thank you.
