I went to Rhodes last year and Easyjet carried all my gear. They were fantastic. No problems at all at either end. As last poster mentioned BA enforce quite a short max length (think its 1.7m) so wont carry boards.Dont think Ryan Air will either ?? |

One assumes it can only be a Greek airline ! Or at least a Berlusconi one staffed by 17 year old trolley dollies. You go to the relevant airlines "small print" on baggage allowance applicable to "sports equipement" where all will be revealed (probably in Latin) At all costs avoid British Airways who will tell you they only carry gays with rucksacks. Good Luck. |

Travel by airplane with windsurf what is the best way to travel with all of your windsurf gear in an aircraft? if i must be specific, i have to travel this summer from Rome to Athens and back. are there any preferences in airline companies for this? |
