mcross19 Sorry didn't get your point, I am also around 1.8m and I have set mine up in the middle position of the three for both front and back and found these work fine

BelSkorpio If you're not a beginner and you're used to sail wide boards, skip all settings and immediately put everything extreme out and back. You will find that these settings are not that extreme compared with e.g. a formula.

It's a light wind machine, so use the settings accordingly.
If you don't feel comfortable with it, you still can switch to a less extreme setting afterwards.

A misunderstanding of term.

For starters, I meant by the first setting to try, not meaning a beginner.

So out board setting, but all the way back for front and back straps or other positions?

Thanks

For a sailor close to 100kg and 1.80m, what is the best foot strap position for starters on the 2013 Ultrasonic?
