Twisted board (Formula HWR)
 

I just bought barnd new Formula HWR. This is my first Formula (and Starboard). After closer look I noticed that the left side is lower then right. Board i twisted between straps ant the mast rail. The leveler shows that the difference is about 2,5 cm (1 in)! Is this acceptable or board is defective and should be raplaced by seller?

Can you show photos of the twist in this place, the best way to measure it is 2 aluminum bare check, one at 30cm stand of block of 1cm and the other one at 60, 90 & 120 also stand on block of 1cm. Look like huge 2.5cm. Then transfer this to the warranty service with the serial number to study your case, thanks

Dealer confirmed that the board, without doubt was faulty and replace it. Thanks for help!
