I read recently you train with a personal trainer. What exactly do you concentrate on? Cardio, strength, combo of both? I am trying to get ideas to best get in shape for windsurfing this spring. Thanks and congrats on success at Cabo.
Before Cape Verde I was going for all fitness and flexability. Biking, light gym circuit type training, yoga, and core training. Nothing too fancy just the basics. Some good tips are to do something to toughen up your hands. Doing yard work with something that is the same size as your boom is a good idea to get the hands ready.
