adjustment for formula 158

After breaking my formula mistral 03 model in two pieces by mistake riding over a reef:(, i took the f 158 from my sister ( she is on rs:x now) and my qestion is wich is the ideal position for the footstraps and the mast base for that board ? i am using MS 10,11,12m and DB FIN R13 SOFT+ R+8.
most of f 158 riders here in greece use the middle position for their straps and the mast foot about 2cm forward from the mid, my weight is 87 kg. / 183 cm high.
my qestion is if these position are the ideal ones for fast up and downwing speed and angle ?
