Reflex sail-Point7 mast

Hi..is anybody knows if the reflex sail of Severne works with the point-7 carbon masts?

Thnx for support!

Hi, not really as the Severne requires a Hard top mast and the Point 7 is a constant curve.

Have you ever try this compination, because in the theory is true what you said but some time different types it happen to feet...like NeilPryde with Severne mast, the sail is flex top and the mast is hard top,but still a lot of people in races use to compine those two and they said that works really good together!the sail became more powerful....

No I've never tried that combination, trial and error I suppose, if the winds are light then a stiffer mast may work better for getting planning and visa versa a flex top mast may be better for windier weather. If you have the time and equipment then try different combinations but the end of the day it is down to personel preference but as the Reflex was designed around a hard top mast that is what I would use everytime.

I once used a flex top mast with a Gaastra sail and that worked ok. If you are on a tight budget and that is the only mast you have go for it.
