2007 Isonics only in wood?
Hi,
Only 2 bigger ISonics area available in wood and Technora. Why not smallest sizes available in technora construction ? thanks! Francisco |
RE: 2007 Isonics only in wood?
I noticed that as well. I'm not planning on buying a 2007 model (even though I WANT to), so it won't affect me. Hopefully they will have a non-wood option for 2008.
Is there an argument for why the extra 0.5 kg is a significant change compared to people's body weight? I fluctuate a few kg each time I weigh in... does the 0.5 make that much of a difference? Did people not show interest in the DRAM boards in the iSonic line for the 2006 year? I bought a DRAM iS105 and love it. |

answer (in french, it's time to see if you have good lessons in your high school!;) ) in the french forum :
http://www.star-board.com/forum/viewthread.php?forum_id=12&thread_id=21137 for me, I think that difference of weight and stiffness make a difference on bigger boards .and don't forget the look of the board! philippe. |

RE: 2007 Isonics only in wood?
I have owned an hypersonic wood 105 and now isonic 105 dram.
On real flat water there is no real difference between wood and dram. In the chop a dram is harder to get on the chop. In waves the dram is also harder to keep high speed. I found the hypersonic and isonic very fast boards. I have to admit that I am a starboard addict. Only thing is that the prices are very high. I could buy an isonic dram last year. It seems that the wood boards are even more expensive than last year. I am saving money for Is87 and than maybe Is50:D (for real speeds) I have already my 5.1 widesleef...B) |
