I think you need to give a little more information than that.

For instance.

What conditions are you sailing in?
What winds strength?
Do you want it for downwind speed or slalom racing on a short or lon cource etc?
What do you weigh?
What is your skill level?
What sails will you be using with each?
Do you like sailing with a larger fin for a given setup or a smaller fin?

Otherwise any info people may offer will be a bit vague.

I've been using a 36cm goldwing on my 111 and its been fantastic (using a 6.7), i've also got a 40 and 44cm tomcat's - which i've used a couple of times but i've been lucky enough to getting conditions that suited the 36 (and 6.7) 90% of the time i've used the board

the standard Drake's will give a good indication of the fin sizes for the board your looking at - and all those other factors Phil mentioned will influence what works.
