Formula Width Regulation

Hi all,

I heard there is a 1 meter width limit for formula boards by some communistic federation. Is that true? If yes, what is that for?

BTW RSX beyond 2008 :o(

Tomas

Hi Thomas,

This rule come from the Formula Windsurfing Class and make sense. In the airport you can not go over 1m wide due to the majority of the scaners.

We try prototype wider until 1,40 m and this doesn't help to much drags and ned to use bigger sails.

All the best

Thanks Remi,

I did not consider that about airport.

Can we get a photo of 1.4 m wide prototype? Please, please.

Thomas
