FOD Tuning

Hi,

I reacently started with the FOD kit (9,5 m2 and 11 m2). I've only used it a couple of times so far.

I would like to ask for trimming hints in order to get most out of the kit. I mean optimum angle, control and speed. What would be the best bownhaul tension in light wind, moderate wind and high wind conditions? In which cases the mast foot would be moved from the central position. How about boom hight and outhaul tension? (I am 63 kg and 170 cm)

Thank you in advance.
