rail bobbles?
 

Hi,

my name is Bernardo Mota and I live in Lisbon in Portugal. In 2005 I acquired a S-Type 115 liters Starboard Dram board model from your local dealer. It has been providing me a lot of fun and until now, It didn't gave me any trouble, I only had to re-glue some of the foot pads tips again. I Use it to sail flat water and some small waves. This last month, has I was cleaning the board, I noticed a couple of very small bobbles. They only appeared on the rail in the noose section. Can you tell me what they are? What is the cause and should I be a larmed?
