what fins could you recomended me for K74, and 5.0m2 / 4.2 / 3.7?

What brand of fins are ideal ?

I´m 72-74 kg.

I sail in costa brava ( Spain), the waves are little ( less 1 m) but there are a lot of choppy when the win is 25 knots or more. The wave are side on shore (NE ) or side off shore (NW).

I would go with the MFC Kone. I would use the 22 for the 74.

Yeah I would say that is the very biggest that you would want to use. The 24.
