Uphaul on a Futura 101 L

Hi

I´m thinking in buying a Futura 101 L 2009 and my question is that can i uphaul if the wind goes away and i can´t do waterstart?
My weight is 78kg and i´m an intermdiate salior and i´m moving down from a 130L board that is 70cm wide
