flare 104 or 99 06
 

hi,
iam am a 40 kg kid in harnnes and footstraps waterstarting could you surgest a new board for me i was thinking a flare 104 or 99 i want to learn how to carve gybe and dont know the volume i should have to learn too. i have a budget of £400. at the moment i sail a starboard wave 88 and a alpha 160f for light winds i was looking to replace both boards with just one board or maybe keep my wave 88 and buy a board for those lighter days. if i was to sell both i would have a board for 13 knots plus.

For your weight I would recommend the smaller Flare 99, it would also be a good board for you to start learning some freestyle...:cool:

these are th boards i had in mind flare 104 flare 99 RRD Z-Ride 107 Starboard iSonic 101 Wood Fanatic FreeWave 104 or Starboard iSonic 105 Wood

basiccly im stuck beetween the kombat 97, or flare 99 do you know the isonics 101 2007 blasting ability with sails from 3.5 up to 6m and also which board is more alround for blasting , freestyle and very small waves when blasting i dont want a board too fast as im only an intermeideite.

would i be better off on a larger prokids board around 80 litres as theyre quite wide or the jp young gun 85 i find it alot eaiser to use the straps and chop hop on them
