Is the severne alu race 250-270 really stiff?
 

hello! i'm a fan of your products.. now i'considering a new boom for my 11mts sail(260-boom) to replace my old and elastic gun boom:) on the st formula 2006.

Is the alu race 250-270 really stiff? i need for a recreational use , not regattas, but i want to pump with it without posibility that broken.

I know tha a maui salis is better but is really necessary for a non comp use?

Any suggestion??

Hi Dasni,

This boom was made particularly for the Formula Experience Class and I can tell you that until now I never see a boom so stiff in alloy. This a great product at resonable price who will be perfect for your use or even if you have the intention to make a race in the FE Class.
