Seat Harness or Waist for Speed?

I note a recent comment made by yourself in the last PWA event, saying you could hold down more power with a waist harness.

Would you use the waist harness for speed sailing? If so, why?

Cheers

I think I am the slowest fast person in the world. My fastest ever gps was 39 knots. So I dont really know what to tell you. I would use a waist harness so I could stay in control. It allows me to keep sheeted in and keep going fast while not getting lifted all over the place.
