Isonics 2011 C & WC - No paint finish to save weight
 

Sorry for discussing esthetics but is it just me, or are there also other people that don't like the gray finish of the Isonics 2011 C & WC versions ? :(

Does it really save that much weight ? :confused:

Well, must admit I think they look great!

I like them best from all other brands using the same thing.

Dont know about the new Isonics but I have a Mistral red dot Syncro with little or see through paint.Its hardest board I`ve ever had to match paint with after small ding repairs.Its impossible to match to !!!
Spray over the repair and you end up with a white patch;rub it down to emulate original finish and you can see the repair !!!
But its also lightest board I`ve ever had ;so its a small price to pay.
Would be interesting to spray board completely and see how much weight it gains !!! Not much I`d guess ???

The new boards look awsome :)
