Question iSonic 105 (2006) vs 111 (2009)

Hi All,

I have an isonic 105, mostly used with a 7,7 slalom rig, my weight is 70kg, just fun, no racing.

I enjoyed the board a lot, I found it perfect in 15-20knts, flat water / choppy...

Thanks o2bnme, I think I'll keep straps in rear position and see if I can handle chop, I will consider moving them only in case of serious control issues.

Thanks Ian.

I am 175 cm tall and my weight is 67-68kg so as far as I understood the strap "mid" position improves control and is better for me as I am a "lightweight", correct ?

got my iSonic 105 yesterday, I was lucky enough to be able to test it immediately in salwater, flat/small chop, 16-18 knots,sail rs4 7,2, fin 40.

QJ, I understand what you mean in terms of recommended sails: a pro can get advantages ad enjoy from a truly oerpowered condition while for an advanced can be a nightmare ... it's not only a matter...

Yes I usually ride in inland lakes (Garda ...) and the wind can be anywere from thin 8-12 knots to solid 15 to gusty 20+.
