I would use the KOne Freeride model. This fin is fantastic.

With the Futura, you can use a race fin as well. You will love it!

I have never used the Select fins so I dont know if I can recommend you one of them. I have always had success with the Deb SL4 42 with the 78 sail size range.

The 101 is a great board. For a 7.0 you should be loving the 101. I am a bit heavier than you so i think i can stand on the 101 a bit longer, but I think it is right for this size sail.

I have sailed on your lake balaton before. It is a nice place. I think the minimum wind speed for the 141 and a 7.0 is around 12 knots.

In the flat waters you can go with a bigger fin. I use a 42 with my 7.6 in Alacati and here in sylt I use a 38 with my 7.6.
