The specs says that 460 will work, and I understand that this means SDM (as it doesn't say RDM as the recommended).

They're bought like that. At least there are mittens that are made like that. I know Prolimit have a model like that - but for sure most brands have something similar.

Does the longer footstrapscrew fit older boards ?

As the title of the thread says. Is it possible ?
You won't breake anything in the board as it isn't made for these longer screws, even if it's just 4mm or something like that.

Ok. In that case these kind of hits should a Technora be the best option as it's a bit more "loose" ?! But there's no insurance for this either way right ? They aren't made for these kinds of impact...

Seems to be an easy way to solve it, but not if you can't get it :(
