Hey Frey,
When you learn to jump try to keep the board level, and also kick your back heel into the wind a little so the nose of the board points downwind, which will make it easier.

One easy way to get your sail out of the water is to have the sail downwind of the board, then drag it over the tail of the board by the mast or boom and up out of the water.

As well, if you need bit bigger sails the sort depends on what discipline you do. But go Severne. The Sizes you would probably need that are bigger than 3.6 is a 4.0m and if you want a 4.5. I'm 60kg...
