It looks like a nice shape, perhaps a little bit short for light winds. The Kona, despite being much lighter, seems slower than the Windsurfer One Design in light winds because of the shorter length...

Initial impressions;
Feels great in the light stuff. In about 5 knots, feels very quick compared to a Division 2 board/Lechner, but this is just a gut feeling.

The site isn't much good, but the conventional Raceboards (Pan Am, Mega Cat, IMCO 7.4 and the new Exocet X 380) are clearly dominating according to the Raceboard site.

I used to race D2 boards, and some of the competition had boards that looked a lot like the Serenity with the back 50cm cut off. They were competitive in light winds, but slower than M1s and Crit D2s...
