If not, do you think that it can be possible and performant for a non racer sailor of 95 kgs in 12/18kts ?

The 133 is good with 9m and up ... with 7,5 m you should be on a Isonic 94 or 101 (no joking ...)

I use it with the Xtender but have no experience with the sail with the 490 mast so I could not tell the difference.
By the way the first recommended setup is 460 + EXT instead of 490, check north...
