Smaller sail
My smallest good shape sail is Retro 5.0. What smaller size should I get for 85L board. I am 170lb.
Hucker 4.2 ….you said once it works like 4.5-4.8, so no good…or good ??
Hucker 3.7 ..too...

4 Sails: Retro 5.0, 6.0, 7.5, 9.0 (9.5 also fit 490mast)
OR
5 Sails: Hucker 4.8, 5.6, 6.6 Retro 8.0, 9.5
Either combination will work. I have 4 Sails combo, 170/5'8"... No complains

I searched *b forum and it looks you sailed Gator 7.5. Please, any input on 7.5 and difference between Retro and gator in 7.5.
You also said "....Hucker 6.6 low-end almost as Retro 7.5..."...

1. Have you sailed 2007 NX 7.8 or 7.2? Is it better option for gusty inland lakes then Retro?

to keep speed up
What to do to keep speed up as much as possible during jibe on FF 168. I can jibe and I can exit the jibe with planning. I just feel that I loose speed to much during the jibe

Kombat 86 comes with 30cm free ride as a second fin, so I???ll try fin that size first on my board.

Hi Roger,
I have JP FreeStyleWave 85L. The local lake where We/I sail is a "great lake". When wind picks up we have bump and jump conditions BUT we need to slog 1km in order to reach that spot....
