It's non slip like all the other windsurf boards. The Sup surface can't work for windsurf and get very slippery quickly.

I would strongly disagree. If the EVA area is in the correct place...

Why then is the board with the fixed tuttle center fin called the "planing model"? Confusing to say the least!

Rio 2014 deck

What surface is on the 2014 Rio deck (s,m,large) in the non EVA areas? Is it a smooth surface like one would expect on a SUP or the rough sandpaper-like non-slip surface?

Rio m

Hello all,

Will the Rio M plane? How easily? Also, on the Sport Tech construction,
what is the non-eva surface? Is it the rough sandpaper type surface or something else?

Go 161??

The 161 is mentioned in the description of the new Gos on the 2013 SB website but is not listed in the photos area or specs. Is this just an oversight or have plans been changed for the 161?

Go 171

Hello,

Just wondering how the Go 171 sails. Yes, it's large but beyond that?
How does it handle in 18-25 mph winds? Does it mind chop?
This would be for a 200 pound windsurfer.

Hi,

I noticed that photos on the SB site show the 2011 GO 151 to have a different combination of foot strap hole positions then the other boards in the Go line. Also, the foot pads are shaped...

Anyone out there? Anyone at all? Someone, somewhere, must have sailed this board. I don't think aliens dropped it off on our planet. Well maybe they did on second thought!

Roger, any word on the RIO XL? I'm looking forward to getting some new info on this board. Why such a secret, or is it just a case of bad marketing?

Starboard Rio XL

This new board looks like a retro longboard and a sweet ride for light wind sailing and SUPing. Does anyone know anything else?
