Hi Mike,
It would be good to know what it is that you've been sailing on that you learned to "uphaul-sail OK" on.
From that baseline it would be fairly easy to recommend a board that you can progress on quickly.
Also, your weight and the approximate wind speeds you intend to sail in would narrow it down even further.
