Then an S-type seems to fit the bill the best. I think that at your weight, the 115 will handle 7.6 well enough (maybe with a bigger fin for light 7.6 sailing). This board will be a bit big for powered up 5.0, but since you plan on getting a smaller boards later, it makes sense to not choose the current board to small. Of course, you could go even bigger, but I think that you will then loose out to much in the high wind range.
